Working Groups

Any Participant may propose a Working Group. Proposals for the formation of a new Working Group are made by contacting the CDM Steering Working Group Chair, clearly stating the objectives, deliverables and committed maintainers/editors for the proposed Working Group.

Approval of Specification Changes by Working Groups. Participants of each Working Group approve the “proposed” changes from that working group; the “approved changes” within a given Working Group will be brought to the Steering Working Group as a proposed “Pre-Draft” contribution.

The following Working Groups are currently active for this project:

Senior FINOS WGs: * CDM Steering Working Group - monthly * CDM Technology Architecture Working Group - monthly * CDM Contribution Review Working Group - bi-weekly

FINOS Domain WGs: * CDM Derivatives Working Group - bi-weekly * CDM Collateral Working Group - -monthly

Domain WGs run outside of FINOS: * ISLA CDM Working Group (Securities Lending) * ISLA CDM Trading Working Group (Securities Lending) * ISLA Document Digitisation Working Group (GMSLA) * ICMA CDM SteerCo for repo and bonds * ISDA CDM Legal Agreement Working Group - This working group will be used to extend the CDM for the CSA and Master Agreements and is open to ISDA members only. - bi-monthly
